Salad that can become a meal on its own!
★材料
Butter Lettuce

Potato (cooked)

Green Beans (cooked)
1 cup
Canned Tuna

Tarragon (mince)
1 Tbsp
Tomato (quartered)

Boiled egg quartered

Red Onion (rings)

Olives
1/4 cup
Anchovy fillet

Red wine vinegar
50cc
Olive oil
150cc
Dijon Mustard
2 tsp
Lemon juice
2 tsp

(15~30分)
1.
Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2.
Mix the lettuce leaves with some of the dressing and plate.
3.
Decorate the rest of the ingredients onto the platter.
4.
Pour rest of the dressing on top!
