This dish is sweet, salty, spicy and yummy :D

shredded garlic
1 clove
shredded ginger
1 tsp
rice wine (or white wine)
1 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp
honey
1 tbsp
ground pork
200g
green onion
1 tbsp
sichuan peppercorn
a touch of sichuan peppercorn
★作り方
(5~15分)
1.
Mix garlic, ginger, rice wine, soy sauce and honey.
2.
Cook the pork on medium-high heat.
3.
Once pork gets a nice colour, add the sauce.
4.
Cook them for a couple of minutes and turn off the heat.
Add chopped green onion and sichuan peppercorn.
You can use chicken or beef instead of pork.
